BricxCC 改版

John Hansen 先生在昨天（3/26）釋出了 BricxCC 新版的 test_release，安裝完後 BricxCC 的版本就變成 3.3.8.6了！

以下是更新內容：

- Initial HTML help support (currently manual registry edit)
- Added ability to edit the editor expert and the grep search shortcuts.
- Added automatic firmware version number when compiling NBC/NXC code.

基本上跟3.3.7.20沒有太大的差異。
